No need to go
any further than home for a full day of fun and entertainment.
Come to Arboles
for some good old fashioned family fun!
The celebration
begins with the annual 4th of July Parade. Line up at 9:30
near the Pinon Hills Cafe. Watch for Event Staff. They will
direct you on where to position your entry. If you are a spectator,
you may watch from anywhere along the route.
After the parade,
gather at the TARA Community Center at 333 Milton Lane (across
from Ken and Jane Seibel's) for a BBQ and lots of visiting!
Then, when the
sun disappears, load the family and friends into the car and
head over to Navajo State Park, buy a day pass and get a front
row seat to the fireworks show.

Day
long acitivities including but not limited to flea markets,
book sales, music, and a great silent auction.
Chili
Supper/Bon Fire
Every October,
near Halloween, a warm bonfire, warm bowl of chili and warm
rececption can be had at the TARA Community Center. This is
a favorite of the locals!
